Everytime I order online, I'm informed days later the item is not in stock. Kitchenware disappointing, looking bare. Kitchen utensils are all displayed on different walls, nothing together to compare brands. Can't see the prices of many items. I'm not going to bother going here anymore.

Love the store, love the products they have to offer but DO NOT like being treated like a thief when exiting the store without making a purchase!! Staff wanted to see in very single pocket of every bag I had... One had dirty washing in it so I saved that one for last and made sure she got a good whiff too!! Just because I wasn't purchasing, I was actually doing a store review for an app I make money off! Something they completely dismissed, "bullshit" was her reply so I bought up the app and showed her, but the arrogant, smug, ignorant staff member refused to look at my phone as proof.
Honestly, I've never had this treatment at any other store!!

I bought a leather strap for my hat and beads
It was the perfect size and colour and the beads were threaded in to tighten the strap when its windy

A disorganised store with little staff to assist on the floor. I asked a young staff member in another area of the store about a yarn. She came and looked and said no we don't have it and returned to her area. I eventually found it on the bottom shelf opposite to where the other stock of cleckheaton wool was. Then when i paid for my goods I was overcharged because the staff member didn't look at the price marked on the product, so spent further time signing for a refund.

Manger did not appear, after numerous requests by server, to call them to front counter.
Use young girls as servers who cannot even cancel transactions.
To cancel a transaction takes 24-48 hours before yr notified.
Had my order altered for home delivery, when i didnt request home delivery, when there was stock on the floor.
Then they would not cancell home delivery+ charges.
Not shopping at Spotlight again

There’s one particular staff member who I think will go a long way.. she’s the sweetest friendliest and most helpful young lady I’ve ever met in a shop.. I think her name was Mikaela and she was on the checkout..

Click-&-collect orders tend to get backed up and they always say they are understaffed… They advertise within 2 hours - I called and they said we likely wouldn’t be able to pick up our order until the next day…
