Fatty chop on the left was hidden by label, chop on left had the meat sliced off…so you pay for the fat. Not a good look for Harris Farms who normally pride themselves on the quality of their food.

Bought what was supposed to be a "diced pork".
Once I started frying - it produced A LOT of liquid. Has the meat been injected with water to increase weight/volume
And the final result was very unpleasant... more like a beef rather that pork.
