We pulled into Townsville with a damaged gooseneck (mast-boom fitting) on our yacht and we worried that it would be hard to find someone to complete the task of building us an new one in our short stay. Matt was fantastic to deal with, he showed up same day as my phone call and the job was done within a couple days. James made a new product that was exactly what we were looking for and it has a polished professional finish.
