I recently attended a macramé workshop with Hideko where I made a beautiful hat hanger—and I absolutely loved it! She shared so many practical tips and tricks that made the process easy to follow and enjoyable. Previously, I joined one of her workshops where we made a suncatcher, and I’m still obsessed with it! Hideko’s passion for her craft is truly infectious. She creates such a positive and inspiring atmosphere, and it’s clear how much she enjoys sharing her skills. This is the highlight of my Sydney trip.
Hideko-san is an extremely patient, accommodating and encouraging teacher. She is hilarious too. We spent some hours doing up our custom pieces.
My aunt & I enjoyed the session very much.

I was very lucky to spend my birthday with the wonderful Hideko making a beautiful stained glass suncatcher. Hideko is a patient and knowledgeable teacher, and a pleasure to be around! Hideko is so lovely and wonderful instructor that makes the whole experience so much fun :). We were running so late and all over the place and Hideko was so lovely and made sure we got out on time to our dinner reservation!!! The whole class with her was very individual and she was so helpful and kind, definitely a 10/10 recommend 🙂
