It is hard to just give 5 stars! EVERY interaction with the staff at the Stand Up Surf Shop has exceeded my expectations. I am in Adelaide, yet they not only look after me for purchasing and shipping my Wingfoil gear, any issue ... No matter how trivial... They are immediately onto it without any question, and solve it. Great, GREAT, service ... Particularly as I am interstate. Highly Recommended.

These guys were excellent. I had an issue with my nearly brand new Starboard where the rail was soft - appeared to be a manufacturing defect - and they spend time with me to review the issue and make recommendations... What made the service stand out so much, is I bought the board somewhere else, and whilst Starboard lists them as retail outlet, they don't stock it and still took the time to look at it thoroughly. [If only the straight forward warranty issue with Starboard was as easy to resolve]
