Extremely disappointed with admin side of things. I was initially charged shipping cost when the items were actually being picked up from warehouse. It took nearly two months to receive the refund after number of phone calls and emails sent to their office. After all of this, I was refunded wrong amount, less than I originally paid. Talk about exceptional customer service and accounts section, if there is such thing at this company. Will never use again, unfortunately.
Update: 03/10/24 Steelmark still hasn't sorted the issue out. Received an email from sales manager Corey week ago, same response as below, yet no action taken. Extremely unprofessional. And top it all off, after posting review, I have received few messages from people sharing the same experience with this company.

I ordered a 90 mm diameter stainless steel bollard costing $353.10 from Steelmark and at checkout I was given a choice of several freight companies. I paid a little extra for the bollard to be shipped using TNT because it's a reputable company. I was then informed that the bollard wasn't in stock and I was offered an alternative bollard. There was no mention of a reduction in price for the alternative bollard (which sells for $100 less at other companies compared to the one I ordered) so I sent an email cancelling my order. Then the sales team found that the bollard I ordered was in stock after all and emailed me that it was on its way.

The bollard took a long time to arrive presumably due disruptions caused by Covid restrictions. It was sent using a company called Aramex not TNT which I chose at checkout and paid extra for. Checking Aramex online I found that the company has a huge number of complaints against it for shocking service. The bollard eventually arrived. It's a high quality bollard made of thick 316 stainless steel and looks good installed (see the photo).

The staff at Steelmark need to do better when checking stock and Steelmark either needs to use the courier that customers choose at checkout or stop offering a choice of couriers.

I was surprised how quick SteelMark generated quote and invoice in a single email that’s so easy & convenient for us to pay. I ordered 10 of 150 mm pivot square base with lock bollard and it arrived 3 working days later so I was able to install them early ( which was easy with the provided fixing ) made my client happy too.
