Terrible experience not once, not twice. One the first visit, they fixed the wire belt to our toaster and as soon the tech left the top element( heating rod ) got busted two hours after they left. The tech was called again to fix it. Then, he fix and got busted the all bottom rod. It was not coincidence.called the management straight but they are not helping but send another invoice to fix it. The invoice we paid to fix can buy new toaster.

Rang for spare part for machine said if we pay now would be sent that day, receive next day as only 100km away. Never happened paid for Thursday not sent that day didn't receive til Tuesday afternoon 5pm. Lost 4 days business. When we rang and asked nicely what was happening, told it's been sent now oh well have nice day! Rude get parts for your equipment elsewhere.

Administration Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The carpark is probably the only thing that requires an update to accommodate the numbers. A staff canteen with a variety of selected hot and cold choices are available daily, providing a large kitchen eating area and outdoor eating area.

The worst service, bought a display fridge and last for 11 months, and says 24 months warronty.after waiting 14 days got an email saying they do in person repairs in 50 km distance, asking me to courier the fridge, iam in outback 1050 km away from city, and they email me the terms and condition of the warronty, if they don't do the service in outback don't sell there products in regional areas , worst service and worst product
