Part arrived quickly, two days after order. However, was shocked to realise (too late) that they charge a whopping $22 postage for a small lightweight part to be sent within Sydney. The part fits into a small padded envelope. There’s no option to choose the normal and more economical Aust. Post rate for such a sml package. Every other parts place is charging half this for postage so don’t get caught out like I did by assuming these guys would charge the going rate for postage.

Also, there were no instructions, at all. Obv. this is an imported product, in a basic no-name package (made somewhere that doesn’t have the technology to do a spell check on “universel”), but even the briefest of notes or simple parts list would’ve saved some stress, given the part won’t fit for many appliances... until you figure out (for yourself) that one of the weird unidentified and random half-nuts are crucial to making it fit your appliance. Please spare us from any knee-jerk or condescending mansplain response.

Very happy with this mob. After a local appliance repair firm in regional Queensland quoted me $100 for an aftermarket part they didn't carry in stock, these guys had the genuine part in stock for $8 and sent it via Express Post. An elderly Whirlpool washer is now back online for the weekend.

Went there looking for a new Heat globe I had the old one on my hand the person at the dock said we do not deal with the public and I would have to make a inquiry by phone how stupid is that so much for customer service I won’t be back
