Storage King Morisset worked with me to get a great price on last minute storage. Conveniently located and large premises it suited my needs. Communication was a little lacking though. I had to call several times to confirm details. I was given codes etc over the phone but nothing backed up in an email. I got receipts via email instantly, be good if booking information, storage unit location, codes etc also came via email at time of booking. Given I was coming interstate on a non business day, I didn't need the hassle. Overall though, dot your I's and cross your T's and they are great.

People were very helpful. The app used to complete the form upon checking in needs improvement- I had to re-enter info which I had previously provided and it timed out and wiped out half of the info, which I had to re-key again!

The place is great, the staff are fantastic and the facilities are faultless. The removal truck is the icing on the cake, once off hire included in unit rental.
Very happy with every thing so far. Keep up the good work
