Absolute A class customer service- we were experiencing car trouble whilst towing our caravan and needed to find storage to leave the van in on a weekend over a peak holiday period - Leeanne from Storage King Yarrabilba was amazing - making the process to sign up easy and smooth despite the very stressful circumstances we were in. Holly went above and beyond for us today. Absolutely amazing customer service, so extremely friendly and helpful. She offered to make a delivery straight away for us which was just so unexpected and so so appreciated. What an outstanding employee - I vote a pay rise for Holly! The Manager at this site is so professional and her Customer Skills are absolutely outstanding, nothing was ever a problem for Holly even though I had to change my dates to move out of my storage shed nearly 5 times. I recently rented the van and the trailer and have a storage unit in storage king. I dealt with Holly (I believe). The customer service I have received from her has always been fantastic. Every time I rang I needed something she was efficient and helpful. The young lady was always bubbly and happy to help. I found all the prices with all of the services to be completely reasonable and affordable. Storage king are definitely here to help in those hard times. They make moving less stressful.
