The actual process of obtaining quote, purchasing and installation was really easy, very satisfied. Unfortunately I have emailed them several times since asking for assistance but have had no response. Overall very happy, sad the follow up support is lacking.

I should have updated this ages ago but I didn’t know how to. They made contact immediately and the problem was resolved very quickly. It added thousands in value to the house and would absolutely recommend.

My carport was “supposed “to be finished by the builder many months ago. He is blaming Stratco for delays in deliveries. When parts were delivered one post had to returned and replaced due to damage. This process happened twice. Then brackets were made incorrectly. Still waiting. I am sorry to say that I am extremely upset with Stratco.

We ordered a fence off them the person we spoke with never asked if we wanted it corregated just guessed we did and sent it we called to talk and explain it's was the wrong fence and they refused to help in anyway wouldn't take the fence back or replace it they are only out for your money have absolutely no care whatsoever ever for there customers would never buy from them again

Excellent service from Norman and Brayden BUT how do these employees work under the freezing conditions at Thornton? Huge wide opening at the front and side of the store, with wind and cold whistling through making conditions inside very uncomfortable - not only for the employees but us customers too! We just want to get out of there instead of browsing and looking at your products. Can't imagine what it is like at the height of summer! How about making your Thornton store more comfortable for your customers and employees. Chris Lawson
