We have had multiple trailers, and a motorhome built by Shaun at STS Custom Trailers. He is a great guy to deal with, and his teams workmanship is fabulous. We were recently involved in a accident in the motorhome/trailer combination, and STS we able to take care of the entire repair, start to finish. Shaun has a supercomputer for a brain, and remembers every little detail you ask of him. I truly don't know how he does it. Highly recommended, and 5 stars.

Shaun built our trailer in March 2019. Excellent finish and workmanship. Trailer is fully enclosed and 6m. It is towed behind our motorhome as we are full time travellers. We have a small workshop inside the trailer and carries our car. At the time of writing, the trailer has done just on 48,000km on the east side of Australia and up the centre. We have been on some of the most horrendous roads known to mankind and this trailer has never let us done. Quality product all round, recieved excellent customer service with all our dealings. Shaun was only to happy to fit in with our timelines and requirements. The after sales service has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

The guy who runs this business Shaun, stuffed us around for 2 months, we went to the trouble of taking our slide on camper in for him to go over repairs,
Would not return calls about doing the repairs, reckoned he sent the insurance report to our insurer, we called him up today and now say's he's not doing any more repairs and closing the business, Be warned.

This company may be excellent at what they do however I have made 3 phone calls and sent 2 emails (as requested) since the 4th of August, and not once have they had the courtesy to let me know if they can or can’t do what I have asked. Seems they have plenty of work and customer relations is therefore nonexistent.
