Order received! It was well-packaged and arrived just in time for the weekend—placed the order on Tuesday, and it was delivered by Friday. Excellent customer service, too! They were very responsive when I called with special instructions. Overall, a great experience!

After receiving my recent order, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the Plastic Puto Cup Moulders (Medium, 10pcs). I had ordered two of them (20pcs in total), and unfortunately, both items are not what I had anticipated. The products I received do not match the images shown on their website, and they appear to be of a much lower quality than what I was expecting (See attached images).

As someone who values supporting Filipino businesses, I really wanted to have a positive experience, but I’m afraid the current situation feels unacceptable. I would like to kindly request a resolution—perhaps an exchange or refund—and I hope we can find a way to move forward.

I understand that challenges can arise, and I’m more than willing to work with Suki Kart Team to sort this out. I reached out to them via email on 11th/April, and via Instagram on 14th/April, but I did not receive any response.

UPDATED REVIEW (21/April/2025):
I appreciate that the seller issued a refund on 17/April/2025 — that part of the service was professional. But I still feel it's important to point out that the product may not look or feel like what you see in the photos on their website. It looked much better online than it did in person. Materials felt cheap and the finish was not as expected.

Suki Kart has a great variety of items for sale and the prices were reasonable. I purchased an assortment of snacks and drinks. The customer service team provided good prompt communication notifying me that some items were out of stock and asked if I wanted to proceed (with a refund for the out of stock items). Postage and delivery was very fast and I received my items one or two business days after placing my order with express postage, to Brisbane. Overall very happy with my purchase and their service. Will order online again. Thank you! 😊

I missed Filipino goodies and found Suki Kart online. I am very satisfied with my order and the staffs were really nice. It was easy to navigate on their website and they have a lot of items to choose from. The delivery was fast too. I will order again next time.

So I was excited to have found a Filipino online grocery to supply foods I haven't found in some of local Filipino stores. Support our Filipinos so that our Filipino foods and businesses may grow locally and eventually become cheaper because it's everywhere. Suki kart is efficient, fast and reliable.

I bought quiet alot of frozen food. Their packaging to ensure that it stays frozen is top notch. Double silver wrapped and surrounded with disposable freezer packs.

You just need to make sure that you are home when it is delivered due to the hot weather condition. Unfortunately I was home the whole day but the post didnt ring My Bell and just left it in the lobby. My items thawed fully, some of the food reeked because it's been in the heat.

I only found out it was delivered because Suki kart correspondence is fast and efficient and notified me it has been delivered.i then decided to check in the lobby, and indeed it was sitting there. I specifically stayed home knowing it was arriving. I raised the issue with Australia Post and also also corresponded with Suki Kart. To my amazement they were willing to refund me the whole stuff I bought. I told them that's not my Intention because australia post should have rang my bell.

They helped me , with the issue. I then recieved a surprising package.

Thank you for your help, hard work and allowing us to taste Philippines away from home. God bless you and your business and the people working in it too. Laban Lang kababayan!
