If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased awning walls online and after a month of waiting and listening to a litany of lies and excuses as to why we hadn’t received them, we finally gave up and asked for our money back. Go to Drifta instead - not only will they honour your order, they provide quality service and products to suit what you need at a MUCH better price.

Such a disappointment. Total lack of customer service. Placed an online order and confirmed on phone. 1 week later no correspondence and no delivery. A series a phone calls and excuses over the following 3 weeks and still no production of the order. All we got was a run around. All these guys care about are the big fish. Steer clear, there are better Aussie companies out there that won’t stuff you around.

Very disappointed with the service and product. After a lot of consulting with Supapeg we took the caravan to Yatala and a week off work, apparently it takes a week to fit an awning.
5 days later they called and told us they couldn’t fit the awning! Absolute terrible management.
Took it to my local caravan service and repairs and they fitted it in 2 hours easily.
After using it several times now I can say that the pole connections are weak and the design is far from good.
How about you guys go back to the drawing board and put the product through testing and developmental stages before selling a flawed product.

I purchased a second hand Rapid Wing 6 and who else but the manufacturer to properly fit it.
I pre arranged to have it fitted to my D-max to the side of a flat cage Rhino Rack. Isac and Adrian looked at my set up and very quickly summised that their brackets would not fit.
So the boys pulled out the measuring tape and custom built 2 in stainless right there at the Yatla factory. Half an hour later Isac fitted my wing and aslo supplied the ropes and pegs I was missing in the handy carry bag along with the manual. Unbelievable service and quality, I am so happy with this wing and more with team at Supa-Peg. I can not recommend these guys highly enough.

Purchased pole carrier. Very poorly made. Excess silicon sealant at both ends severely limits what can fit inside. In particular, an anti flap kit in its roll can not fit inside due to this excess silicon sealant. I totally regret purchasing this. The Supa Peg staff refuse to acknowledge that the excessive silicon limits in any way what can be stored in the pole holder. Do not purchase.

Absolutely amazing experience. We had one of their new free standing 270 awnings installed by jawa. As our van was an older style the fridge infill canvas supplied was not correct. I took the van back for a custom measure and fitting and the customer service was first class. The free standing awning is still a new design and they were most appreciative of my suggestions from our recent use. So refreshing to deal with a company that backs their product so well

I ordered a Rapid 4 awning and first thing I didn’t realise was all their products are made to order (ie they hold no stock of finished awnings). This ended up taking 4 weeks, plus a further week to ship.

I do love the product and it’s been well made, but just would have been good to know this upfront, as I have missed having this on some trips. As with other comments, some improved communication, or even saying “manufacture of our awnings can take up to 4 weeks” at point of purchase would have gone a long way.

After lots and lots of research into awnings, we chose a 180 supapeg awning, being an Australian Company was definately an added bonus.
We travelled around WA for 12 months, on outback corrugated roads, setting and packing up with ease at every camp with absolutely no problems. Some scumbag recently stole our bag with straps and pegs, so re-ordered these, Customer Service was exceptional, extremely helpful with getting replacements.
