Used to be quite reliable but has gone downhill the last year +. Long term customers but not sure how much longer. Ordered gas on Monday 26/05 been told it’ll be delivered on Friday 30/05, hasn’t been delivered, now completely out of gas and this is about the 3rd time where it hasn’t been delivered on the given day. Not happy, hubby had to get gas to tie us over to whenever the ordered bottle will arrive.

The worst customer service and delivery! Ordered gas for a delivery on the 27/03/25 and they just couldn’t do it and no reason given. Meant to come today on the 28/03/25 and rung a number that they were told wouldn’t be answered as they would be at work and they didn’t ask for another contact number. They apparently ā€œknocked on the doorā€ at 2:30 pm which is next to my master bedroom where I was from 12-3 with my 11 month old who was sleeping and rung that unavailable number twice. There was no knock or truck in my driveway and I heard the neighbours dog bark so they must’ve gone to the wrong house because I checked my driveway. I rung them asking when they were coming at 4 pm and they said they were missed and were going to contact logistics. Told the lady that the number on file is unavailable and wasn’t told that I would need to be contacted again since I told her I would be home and waiting for them to come tonight. They rung the unavailable number again saying to call in 15 minutes or we will have to wait until Monday the 31st for gas when we already have no had gas for a week. The only reason they didn’t come out was because we were paying cash and did not pay over the phone. Unprofessional, don’t know how they run a business if this is how they organise stuff. Pregnant, two under 3 and no hot water. If you can, go somewhere else.

The staff had no rights falsely advising me as a New Customer would get delivered the next day?

Still waiting for gas delivery šŸ™„

Definitely making a complaint to Department of Fair Work Ombudsman for false and misleading information, discriminatory interactions to gain KPI and passive income by using NDIS participants as their excuse of next day delivery.

Treated unfairly for sure.

Worst service a company can provide! I have been waiting for my delivery since Monday, and every single day been calling to ask for an update and they just say it now scheduled for the next day. It's now 4 days in a row I am waiting. Phone operator is less than helpful. Save yourselves some time and sanity and use a different provider.

I ordered a gas cyclinder on Wednesday 16 April b4 Easter. I was told when I rang on Tuesday after Easter it would be delivered on Wednesday, no delivery. After my call on Thursday they rang me back to say it would be delivered that afternoon - no delivery. My neighbours have received deliveries during this time. I'm out of gas. After going thru 3.5 days of power failure last month. It is ridiculous. I certainly wouldn't recommend Supergas. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE HAD I'VE ORDERED & PAID FOR.

A gas cyclinder was finally l delivered yesterday.
This morning I've received, by email, an invoice from Supergas requesting payment AGAIN.
I ordered online on 16 April, payment was made at this time. The transaction is showing on my credit card on 16 April.
Why would you order online when it takes so long to deliver and you get charged twice.... Disgraceful

Used to be a great company to deal with but has gone down hill in the last year or two. Have tried calling and left messages on more then one occasion but unable to get anyone to call back. Had issue with gas line not fully tightened and gas leaking. On the last delivery my small dog brakes at the delivery driver so he sprayed it with his bubble spray. Have never had an issue with the dog and the delivery drives. Was told I was locked in for a set price but it keeps going up when I try and order online. And again unable to speak to anyone about this.
Orders have taken up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Used to be as long as you ordered before the day they were in my area you would get it that week.
Sorry but you have lost a customer.
Your bottles will be returned by my new supplier

I am currently on home oxygen and went to the Beenleigh depot location today to swap over one of my portable oxygen tanks and was not at all impressed by the attitude of the lady at reception. When I first got to the front desk I explained to her that I was there to exchange my portable tank & that it’s my first time doing so in store (I usually get my tanks delivered). The reason I mentioned it was my first time exchanging in store was so she was aware I was unfamiliar with the process hoping she’d help me out. However, instead..She just sat there staring at me silently before saying rudely ā€œwell who is it for?!ā€ Like me standing there with nasal prongs in my nose wasn’t evidence enough? I said to her ā€œoh it’s for meā€ she then responded with the worst tone/attitude ā€œwell I need an account number & name?!ā€ Again, I told her ā€œ like I said it’s my first time here but I can get that for youā€. I eventually got the tank exchanged but honestly the lady’s tone to begin with was so off putting! It doesn’t take much to calmly say to a customer ā€œsure could I just grab your account number & name pleaseā€ Its already a lot for me to travel out with my oxygen & I also get anxious with processes I’m unfamiliar with so to have to deal with someone like her really makes the whole experience even worse. I’ve been seeing a lot of glowing reviews about a ā€œSueā€ and I really wish she was there instead because whoever I dealt with today was the opposite.

This is in regards to my delivery.
It was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd and no one turned up. After contacting the office they said they have rescheduled on priority basis to be delivered on 4th.

Surprisingly no one turned up again.
What a great service being provided by supagas.
I will definitely not refill through supagas as I don’t trust this company at all.
Head office don’t have any direct contact with logistics team. What a ridiculous thing for a company who always relies on transport.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
