Staff are nice and friendly, delivery was always good and easy.

I recently had to move away from Kleenheat due to their pricing skyrocketing last couple of years. Getting a bottle for $50 less elsewhere now.

Absolute incompetence.

We were charged for gas on 3 separe occasions over 9 months with Kleanheat not delivering the gas bottles. Seeing as we were charged every single time we assumed the the gas bottles were supplied and fitted to the house as they should be.. This led us to completely running out of gas on all 3 separate occasions. There was no help from their "team" as we were met with arrogance.
We will be taking out business elsewhere.
Happy for you to contact myself directly for the credit of $500+ for undelivered gas bottles over the last 9 months.

Taken money , approx $1400.00 from our bank over an 18 month period and won't give it back . They admit the money was taken incorrectly but are refusing to help us reclaim it.

We have cancelled our business with them and are using another supplier, having no such issues with the new supplier

A big thank you to the team at Mundaring especially Julie I think it was that I dealt with. Much to my shock and horror both of our gas bottles had run out, the morning I called to order was actually the delivery day for our area, Julie made extra phone calls to ensure that our delivery was made that day. Thanks again, it was so nice to deal with someone so helpful and pleasant.

Bought a house. Knew we had to get a contract and organise bottle refills/replacements but didn't coz I guess we're useless.

Ran out of gas on Saturday.

Called first thing Monday, gas was delivered just after lunch and our stove & hot water was back on by 1:30pm. Thanks!

At 9.55am today I phoned Kleenheat Mundaring and placed an order for an emergency delivery of a gas cylinder and did not expect it until late today. I was very pleasantly surprised (and relieved!) to get the delivery just 2 hours later. Thank you! Phone service was exceptional and delivery guy was very helpful and friendly.
