I had a terrible experience at Supercheap Auto Alice Springs, specifically with the manager, Brandon. I spent $180 on parts and realized I didn’t need one of the items, so I decided to return it. I checked Supercheap’s website, which clearly states a 30-day change of mind return or exchange policy. However, when I showed this to Brandon, he rudely dismissed it and claimed, “It’s not our refund policy, and if I take it back, everyone will do it.” His attitude was shocking – it wasn’t even about the $30 item but the way he spoke to me. He finally refunded it, but told me not to come back in a very disrespectful tone. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a manager. Very disappointing customer service.

Got a 70 l dometic car fridge got it home the 12 v plug was missing and they gave me a new one then the 240 v plug was the wrong one I got told can't do anything till the boss gets back and I can go elsewhere to get the the right plug at my cost . Living the dream thanks super cheap

Having broke down twice in the outback and needing to make it back to Darwin with my family, I raced to super cheap auto at 1545 on a Sunday to buy a new battery. The rhinophymic Hagridesque employee told me he was unable to fit a battery for me as it "takes more than 15 minutes and we close at 4". It's now 1615, I purchased my own battery and tools, drove (engine still on) to my accomodation and have just successfully fitted the battery. Thank you SuperCheapAuto for stocking the correct battery, no thank you to the unhelpful jobsworth Hagrid for your lack of help!

Friendly professional helpful staff and a great range of tools, accessories and work/camping gear. Reasonable prices and especially good value at the moment with an up to 30% discount across the board for Club members. I don't visit that regularly but know where to go when I need something specific
