Please put your public holiday opening hours on Google maps! Also reducing it to 9-5 just seems pointless, you’re usually open 8.30-5.30 so why not just pay your staff an extra hour?

A friend was told by Adam the store manager to come at 9 am for seat cover fitting on seat covers purchased from super cheap but apparently they don’t do seat cover fittings on a Sunday appalling behaviour by the manager don’t go to this store he is a liar I believe he was just being spiteful as the seat covers weren’t purchased at this store big shout out to super cheap Cleveland that stores customer service was wonderful. Do yourself a favour go there if you want to be treated with respect .

I have been using the store for years and always happy until the first time I tried to return an item. The man pushed as many buttons to start an argument with the lady on the counter repeatedly saying she was calling the police. I eventually told him his attitude sucked and that’s all he needed to throw me out of the store. If you try to return something make sure someone records the whole thing.

Three weeks after making a complaint and still no contact from head office. Could be the reason why the staff are running rings around management.
