Just been to Supercheap Earlville not impressed with staff there were 3 on front counter doing nothing needed help with steering wheel cover one of them points and says “Over there in aisle 18” and turned away and continued on with their unwork related chat. My wife had the same rude disinterest attitude when she was there a week ago she ended up walking out and buying her car cover and steering wheel cover else where ….. what is wrong with self entitled retail staff …. we the customer pay their bloody wages …. Super Cheap, Super Disinterested, Super Rude. A young fellow on the floor did help me out in the end …. Give that fella a raise!

In all honesty I don’t know what’s wrong with this place (Supercheap Earlville). There is just a miserable unhelpful toxic don’t give a €*^% about anything bar myself staff mentality. Sorry but the staff are always unfriendly, pre-occupied, miserable and yes, thinks they are entitled Don’t waste your time. I promise there’s better. Why? You can’t do any worse than these guys.

Rude staff, lacking any customer service skills working on the floor, especially big girl with glasses. 2nd time in 2 years I've walked out and drove around to Autobarn and spent my money there. Doesn't deserve 1 star.

Very poor with communicating when ordering online. Ends up the courier lost the product that had taken 3 weeks of many calls finally got a refund. Won’t be shopping here again.

What started out as a retirement idea ,is now into it's fourth year. This rusty old 1956 International 4wd truck was lying begging for attention. So thanks Supercheap Auto for your help along the way . Hopefully it will be finished in early 2024

I had a headlight bulb fitted to my vehicle. The team member was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. I had contact with 3 - 4 other team members in the store that day and they were polite, professional and patient. It is always a nice experience whenever I need to go to SCA Earlville - prices are good as well

The two team members who served me on Sunday afternoon were friendly and helpful. Even though they couldn't fit my new headlight bulb as it was raining, they said I could come back any time on a sunny day and they would be happy to help. The service was excellent and I appreciated their helpful attitudes!
