I am a regular customer of this store and today we had a rather unpleasant experience. A young employee between 18 and 21 years old treated my friend with racism because of her English and made fun of her. His comment was so inappropriate that a random customer interfered and apologised to my friend because of his behaviour. That says a lot about the type of person who serves customers. This is shocking considering that Australia is a multicultural country. How do you allow your employees to behave so inappropriately? This is unacceptable

Went here today with battery problems I bought a new battery there yesterday and the salesman was adamant it was the right battery even after me telling him it wasn't, Took it back this morning and was told I would not get a refund as the plastic terminal covers had been removed and he stated it had been used to Jump Start a car as there was a mark on the terminal. This is not true. The worst part was I had to purchase a new battery, so I took it to the counter and the attitude from the young lady serving me was incredible. She wanted to know my membership number (Phone Number) which I told her 4 times only for her to say 4 times with attitude It Didn't Exist. They sent a receipt to this number yesterday. Needless to say the battery was left on the counter and I walked out. I have spent thousands here over the years but never again.

What an amazing organisation …. My recent experience at the Cairns (Manunda)Store was extraordinary with the Manager Chris going out of his way to help. Other retailers should observe the exemplary levels of customer service. Although it was only a simple task helping with fitting cross bars, it was done with exceptionally. Defintely 5 Gold Stars 👌
