I went here as I urgently needed both my headlights fixed as they blew at the same time… i paid extra for them to do the service, it was all going smoothly until the young bloke opened my hood and he said he can only do one light as my battery was in the way and I’d have to pay $20 extra although I had already paid for them to fit both headlights.. I’ll be honest this felt like I was being finessed as I’m a 21 year old girl who was very obviously nervous walking into a car shop… wouldn’t go here if you don’t want to get ripped off

Staff during the week are different to staff on weekends,Sunday was terrible 27/10/24...... The young guys no nothing,they are polite but seriously everything I asked was not sure,or I don't know,and they were simple questions.the young blonde girl basically did zero and knew zero,the bigger woman with the mullet was asked to go outside to see if a car window would fit a sock because the customer was unsure,she replied no it's too hot..are you serious🤦only one girl was extremely helpful dark hair and drives the Triton she went outside with the customer she literally offered,she put the sock on the window and was extremely helpful,just because a customer has a car don't mean they know everything about them some stuff they need assistance,if you get a job in a place like Supercheap you atleast need to have some knowledge of what you're selling...

Worst customer service I've had. My car broke down as I parked in their lot as I needed my battery replaced urgently but since I wasn't able to move my car in their "service bays" they wouldn't help me AT ALL (you could see my car from the register). They told me this after I made payment. No options or help given to me

I went to buy a a vacuum hose and one of the sale guys Name alex was so arrogantly talk to me like if you need some stuff you need to ask someone and put that hose back to the box in an arrogantly way to me. So I put the hose back to the box and he came after he serve one of the customer behind me while i’m waiting for him. I told him I need 2 meters of vacuum hose he cut 1 meter. Something that super cheap morley needs to teaches their staff manners and good customer service.
