I usually love Supercheap so was quite upset at my encounter today. After the email came that my order was ready, I walked up to the click & collect counter. I was patiently waiting while two sales people sorted something out on the computer for a customer. During that time (10mins waiting already) I watched a man enter the store. When one if the staff finished helping, they served the man who had entered the shop 10 mins after me. When I pointed it out I didn't even get a sorry just a rude sales lady who said NOTHING at all, just got my order!

Went in today to get a few things and a 50ml automotive paint mixed up. I had the paint code ready to go.
But I was told by the older man in there that they only mixed up paints at a certain time of the day. So I asked when the next time would be for today. He then told me I would have to ring up and make an appointment I can’t just walk in and expect it. Find this hard to believe and think he was just lazy, due to this experience I put all my other stuff down and walked out. I will not be going back

The customer service from Malcom was above and beyond.
I was in a difficult situation and he handled it with care and compassion and had me back on the road to safety get where I needed to go.
I was a bit of a mess when he served me and he was one of the most professional yet caring and compassionate humans. He deserves a raise.

I went to Supercheap yesterday afternoon to pick up a battery that I had already paid for. The staff member who helped me had actually knocked of for the day, but he helped me anyway because the other staff member who was working was with another customer. I just wanted to express my appreciation at the awesome customer service I received 🙂

Rung up to enquire about a product, was put on hold for 20 mins, then was hung up on.

Went into the store, was given the usual "we're understaffed today", they've been saying that since they've opened. Decided to go look for what I was after, couldn't find it, asked the guy at the counter for help, was told that one of the other staff members will help me. That staff member pointed me at the aisle I was just in and said "just go have a browse". A customer had to help me out, he was also struggling to find something and wasn't being helped. When I went to pay for the product, the same useless idiot who told me to find it myself didn't even apologise for the lack of customer service, he just got all upset because I told him to just hurry up and scan the product.

Over priced, understaffed and zero customer service.
