Amazing efficient service. I ordered new wiper blades using the online tool and paid $3.50 for fitting. Blades were ready within and hour and fitted by Brandon. Very impressed!

Just had the car washed and had NO tyre black so off to super cheap auto. Staff seemed friendly enough and pointed me to the cheap tyre black. Parking would be ok out the front but it is monitored so don’t overstay or you may get tyre clamped. Store was clean, well positioned and stocked.

Got to store 20 mins before closing needing in store paint mixing. Staff still willing to do this and I was able to finish job I was working on. I do shop at this store regularly and the team are always knowledgeable and happy to assist. Thanks guys

Great customer service in store but I tried to give their car cup holder a one star review pn the website as it became unstuck (day 2 of use) and spilt coffee all over my centre console. Got an email to say they have declined to post my review. No point in allowing people to review products if you're going to delete all the negative ones.

The usual experience at supercheap involves: low quality items for top price, staff with poor product knowledge and even poorer general automotive knowledge, and non-existent communication between staff members when trying to serve customers leading to long wait times and return trips. It really is the Maccas of auto parts stores.
I once went in and asked if they stocked 5/16" fuel hose by the length and the 13 year old behind the counter asked me for my rego.
It's no wonder Supercheap don't have local trade partners. You're better off at Repco where they have perfectly good budget option parts or AutoPro where the staff are trained.

Called ahead to ensure they had a 40 amp fuse in stock. Advised type and all codes that were written on it.

Went into shop. Wrong one. Wasted my time. They are not skilled in looking stuff up.

Rhys needs retraining in customer service.
I asked for a product that was empty on the shelf, he said there was none in stock, so I bought my stuff, and went next door to Autobarn. They didn't have the product either but the lady who served me was so helpful and googled where to find it, told me it was instock next door... so I went back to super cheap, asked Rhys again and showed him the website showing instock. He told me to wait by the shelf while he checked for product, he disappears. I stood around waiting 15mins with my young kid, he then walks back into the store, sauage roll in hand, obviously left me there and buggered off for a smoko instead! I asked another bloke for help who actually checked the system (23 in stock!) and physically looked for it, was the manager Marc who eventually found a full box of the product and helped me out (marc was a good bloke and understood my fustrations)

Rhys, you need to take a hard look at yourself champ and adjust your attitude.
You are employed and are being paid to provide customer service, if you are not happy doing your job- find another one.

Shame that the car bays at the front of the shop look like a mechanics workshop floor...

Maybe they should stop customers working on thier cars with the bonnets up directly in front of the entry...
