Excellent customer service over 2 days from the first contact from Brendan to inform me about the product and then the checkout. On collection of my toolbox I had a very helpful young lady help me load up. Can't fault the staff, store or after sales service.

I have been shopping with Supercheap Rockingham since the store opened. There are some staff that have been there a very long time confirming that it is a great store with good people skills. I have received great help and advice from many team members, Amber being the standout for customer service and knowledge. When purchasing a product yesterday the older woman at the counter tried to make us feel bad for not donating to charity. So rude. I donate to charity in my own time anyway and it is not her place to judge others she does not know on their charitability. I definitely will shop elsewhere in the future where conversation is related solely to assistance. If Supercheap really want to donate to BeyondBlue I am sure they can spare some of their huge profit or better yet take it straight from this woman's pay since she apparently has such a problem with customers not donating.

Customer service is of a high standard. I enquired about a dash mat for my car. Had to be ordered and sent from Victoria. The attention to detail and willingness to going out of their way to attend to our needs, was unbelievable!! The understanding that we needed the mat before heading back to Victoria & getting it to us here in WA was amazing. We got the mat a week before we have to leave & the effort that the staff went to, to make sure we got it in time, was above and beyond. Thank you very much Brendan & to the girls. You are all amazing!!

Have a boat project I’m working on and regularly need odd bits and pieces which I have always been able to source from Supercheap Auto. Various sealants, waterproof connectors, mountable cable ties etc . Having access to what’s available instore online and pricing is also very helpful. SCA Is my first choice for parts etc.
