I recently purchased a can of heat-resistant paint from the store. The worker insisted that the can, which didn’t have a cap, was unused and pointed to the bottom as proof. Trusting her, I bought it, but after further inspection at home, I found drip marks on the side, clearly showing it had been used. I’ve attached a picture of the can for reference. Unfortunately, I can't return it as it now looks like I used it myself. While the store is usually great, I'd advise caution when dealing with this particular staff member, as she might sell used items

Hello, I don’t know what other people’s experiences are in your stores but I’m going to share with you my experience.
I went to the Wetherill park store today twice. Both times looking for a small item and some paint. I looked for my self for the first item with no luck in the area I was shown “it used to be” and then told you must stock them anymore. The whole time I had the feeling I was interrupting his day.
I returned about an hour later for some paint but this time I approached a different person…I asked for some gold wheel paint and I think I heard the word no at least 10 times. All he could say was ….. “I need a code”
Something told me to ask him about the other item I was there for earlier and he looked it up on the store computer. It showed the part but as a special order part. I knew that wasn’t correct and asked where they were normally kept.
I followed him there and there it was…. Lots of them.
So, the first guy was just plain lazy…. The second guy just as bad.
In order to get what I wanted I had to virtually insist they search the system and take me to where they are normally kept…. About 3 meters from the computer screen.
I don’t normally review businesses because I am a business owner with staff so I know how there are some keyboard warriors out there…. BUT…. This was over the top. I would want to know if my staff were so apathetic about the very job they are employed and paid to do.

Outstanding customer service from Julie-Anne. First of all she price matched some oil from another parts shop. Then exchanged a trolley jack which I bought online for a better one with minimal fuss all with a smile.

My favourite place to buy all my car essentials and you be a member you are the first to know about sales and you get vouchers like $10 from time to time. Shout out to the staff yesterday who went above and beyond to assist me putting on my new set of wheel caps with no charge, the reason why I have been a returning customer for years.
