Such a great place to stay. Great family run buisness. Gardens are just beautiful. Rooms are nice and quiet - some with balconies with an amazing view! They have the best shower ever- great water pressure. Definitely recommend staying here.

Easy access to the hotel, we had the best mountain view from our room and car parking available just in front of the room.
Albany city center is very close to the hotel.
Receptionist was nice and friendly.
Water pressure was good and no problem with hot water.
Micro, refrigerator, hot water kettle and kitchenettes were there in the room.
Only problem was the old window air conditioner. It was too loud, we switched it off as it was cold enough the day we were there in Albany.

There's nothing terrible about it, but there's nothing great. It's clean, quiet and comfortable, but hasn't had a remodel since prob the 1960s. Our ceiling had water damage. Shower was hot with decent pressure.

Really enjoyed my stay here.
It was very clean and comfortable.
I was able to do some simple food prep with their microwave,toaster, kettle, fridge and plates. Will definitely stay here again

Probably the worst hotel certainly in Albany and probably WA. Well actually it’s misdescribed as a hotel it’s a MOTEL with parking adjacent to rooms. Room was in pretty poor shape, worn and dirty carpets, pretty grim shower room with rusty light fitting, damp patches on the ceiling and peeling paint with chunks of paint literally hanging from the ceiling and dirty marks on the walls, bed very soft and worn, I could go on but I think you get the message that we didn’t like this MOTEL one little bit ! Avoid Avoid ! Staff not really interested in the issues we had.
