Ben and his team at Surge Media were referred to our company, IOR, when we identified the need for a set of videos that would showcase some exciting developments that we had made in our business. We specifically wanted something that was fresh and creative, and I’m very happy to say Surge Media certainly came through for us.

From the moment we began pre-production in late 2018, Surge Media guided us through the process and their script development expertise really helped us find the story we wanted to convey, and the best way to tell it.

We also threw several curveballs at them, including quite a big one on the actual day of the shoot, but just as they had at every step along the production process, the Surge Media team took it all in their stride and calmly dealt with it in a totally professional manner. This was very much appreciated by all of us.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team at Surge Media for any visual project, and very much look forward to the next time we work with them.

Ben and staff of Surge Media were so helpful when we decided to have a video of our young people telling their stories of youth homelessness. Ben knew exactly what we wanted and when he did the filming with the young people he put them at ease and gave them confidence. Our video is now on our webpage and on youtube and has been shown in public for National Homelessness week in August.
