Sutherland Shire Balustrading actually installed all our balustrades a number of years ago. Mick's workmanship was excellent, and the balustrades looked great then and continue to look great years later. The whole process was efficient and professional from start to finish.

I also want highly commend their ongoing support. We had a piece of awning fall and damage one of the surrounds. They came up with a repair that was quick, easy and you can't tell there has been any damage. And Mick went above and beyond, taking the time to adjust our gate while he was here. Brett and Mick, we really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Brett was awesome to work with, very responsive and professional from quotation to installation. We began thinking white frame + acid edged glass but after his advice we ended up with Monument and semi-translucent spotswood which is much more durable, private and doesn't draw your attention directly to it. Only took 2-3 weeks to complete all 12 units led by Mick and Cooper - also very professional and very detail oriented. Pictures do speak louder than words... take a look at the before and after. Highly recommended!

Called these guys for a quote for a replacement balustrade, they came the next day and I got a quote the same day. The pricing was competitive, and the work from Mick was excellent, i am very impressed with how it looks. Highly recommended!

I called this company today, the person spoke to me didn't give me a chance to explain what I was after and was quick to dismiss me. Not sure why this company gets good reviews when they don't give potential customers a chance to explain what is needed!

**In response to your reply to my review Brett, you unfortunately still failed to understand what was required. How disappointing. Speaking over customers and being dismissive does not help the situation. Please in future, let potential customers thoroughly explain what is required before being quick to dismiss and speak over them.
I just want to make it clear, I did not require someone to take over the job.
