We had the pleasure of having my birthday lunch at Swell yesterday and it was the first time I had visited and it was truly an amazing experience 💖
We all enjoyed our meals and the view was fantastic. It was nice that even the front "windowed' section had cool air con, as it was a hot day.
Finally, I'd love to give a big shout out to Aoife who truly looked after us from start until we left and gave us the best service service ✨️

The harvest brunch was a perfectly balanced meal and super tasty. The service was prompt and our waitress was happy and polite. The view from the window seats is one of the best on the coastline. Some attention is required to dust build up on the ceiling area. Overall one of the best breakfasts in one of the best settings. Good value for money too.

We requested and were given a balcony table with stunning views. My favourite waitress Emily served us and gave us her usual friendly banter and great advice on choice of meal and drink. Food was exceptional, our gin was delicious and refreshing and it was all topped off with a surprise birthday dessert. Swell never disappoints and I highly recommend it for breakfast or lunch.

We had a lovely dinner with our family. Such a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. The waitresses did a wonderful job, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and informality. The food quality was very good, though not a amazing. Unlike many other restaurants, the kids meals were actually really good.

Breakfast standards at many Perth cafes have dropped over the last few years. Not at Swell. The food was superb - gardener's plate, and smashed avo - and then there's the view, the atmosphere, the service. Can't recommend it enough if you're North of the river.

We had such a fantastic experience at Swell! Everything we ordered was delicious—the fish tacos were packed with flavour, the calamari was cooked to perfection, and the pork belly was fresh and full of taste.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be at sunset! We’d come back in a heartbeat—definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!
