I leaving Canterbury Hurlstone RSL when I noticed I had a piece on the bottom of my car loose and it was stuck as I tried to reverse. I managed to get it unstuck but it was still hanging very close to the ground. Quite worried, I searched for a close by motor repairs and I found these guys. They inspected it and pulled my car in to be hoisted up, fixed the issue (it wasn't anything major), and sent me on my way without any charge. I insisted to get the pair some lunch in return but they refused. In hindsight, I should have just gotten them something but I was very grateful that they helped me solely out of goodwill. If you want to know about the character of the guys servicing your car then I hope this shows how genuine the people here are.

my car needed a pink slip. I looked away for a moment, and when I turned back to the car, the attendant had one of the headlight bulbs in his hand and said, "it was broken". I looked at the filament...it was fine. I thought, even if I ask them to put it back in, they would simply not connect it right, and will say it won't light up. They charged me $20 for a new bulb.
It cost me $20 to find out to never go there again.
