I phoned to ask about a shipment that had been requested to be held at the depot. I could have driven to the depot in the time it took for the call to be answered by a real person. I had the shipment number and the customer reference but they couldn't check for me if I didn't have the delivery address even though I could provide the company name and town. I then asked if I came to the depot would I need anything other than shipment number & customer reference. I was told I'd need photo ID, I asked if I needed anything else as the shipment was not for me I was to collect for another person. I was then told I'd need the delivery address. It was very frustrating. I got to the depot and all I needed was the shipment number!!!

Arranged for a depot collect of gift for kids, TNT took a week to collect from sender then let it sit in the depot for a week before sending it back. I went into the depot because I hadn't heard anything only to be told they sent it back, when I asked why they didn't advise it was waiting collection the lady said she is the one that 'usually' makes the calls and 'would have' for mine as well. I asked for evidence of the calls only to be told they don't keep them after the item is returned. I showed them my call logs that proved no calls and they didn't care. I spoke to the sender, and he hadn't been advised of its arrival or of it being returned. Terrible service at depot and call centre.

I am only giving you 1 star because the system will not allow me to give you any less. My package had clearly been dropped on one end during transit. So I put this down to bad luck and I order another one to be shipped from Canberra to Cairns. After 6 days, a call is made to follow up as it had not arrived. Apparently, it was misplaced in the Canberra warehouse. I'm told it will be sent express and not to worry. It arrived in Cairns 2 days later, however, I never received it. It has now been in Cairns for 5 days and I still do not have it. I have been told for the last 3 days that it is on the truck and scheduled for delivery between 8am - 5pm each day. Then Im told that it had been involved in a vehicle accident. Customer service is non-existent and the irony of all this is that I fly to Canberra tomorrow and I could have collected it myself.

I waited in by the telephone all day, no delivery attempted. They stated not home, useless. the telephone number given is not Woree the person I spoke to was not in Australia. They told me it is up to me to walk 8Kms to Woree as I do not have a car.
Very very unimpressed.

One star is too high a rating for this company. Twice in one month TNT has lost packages of one of our shipments. Packages get lost within their system with no ability to find it back. Our current shipment was sent again as a pallet. This time TNT has lost 13 out of 14 boxes. We received one box of a pallet.
Two weeks later they still have not found the remaining 13 boxes. Stay away from this utterly inept and indifferent company. Just avoid this place.

Communication is impossible and no one can be contacted or spoken to other then some overseas call centre who will tell you, you will get a call. This supposed call never happens. Your local depot cannot be contacted as they have no phones. This also counts for the drivers that have no phones, so communication is non existent.

What an unbelievably frustrating company to deal with.

We will never use TNT again.

I see I'm not the only one to complain lately. No card left, I was even here!! Shocking service. Our business relies on good delivery service. No contact details for TNT Cairns either. Ridiculous!

Attempted delivery and card left was my email. CCTV is a wonderful tool. Shows no card left, because they never actually came. Shocking service!!

Beyond useless. Offshore / outsourced customer service reps who are hard to hear , even harder to understand are entirely clueless. Always end conversation with "is there anything else I can help you with ?" when they have offered zero help in the first place. Woree Cairns depot not fit for purpose.
