Took 15 working days just to ship an item purchased off their website. It appears they don't hold stock of some of the princeton tec light range in their warehouse. Multiple email interactions with "supplier" issues being blamed for the cause of the delay. Finally got picked up from Tac Gear by Auspost at 2 pm on a Friday (ordered Sun 3rd Nov, picked up by Auspost on Fri 22 Nov), still haven't received it even though it's "express post". Super disappointed, needed the item last week, not several weeks after purchase. Lead times on the website wrong. See snips.

I’ve purchased a Safariland holster for a Beretta 92FS, several Condor rifle bags and other accessories.
Grace in their customer service/ sales is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She helped me find several products they had in stock and arranged the invoices to pay on.

This is the type of service I like to get. Combined with great products makes for a winning company.

I needed a particular item which I located via Tactical Gears website. Rang the number provided which was answered almost immediately by a real person, (Josh) who was in Australia, and who knew the product I was inquiring about. The person I spoke with could not have been more helpful, and treated me like I was a member of his family. He allowed me to order the product over the phone, gave me an order number, tracking number, and an estimated time I could expect arrival of the package. It arrived two days earlier than his estimate, in pristine condition, and was exactly the item I required. Will be my first option from now on. Ten out of ten.

TGA are quality providers of tactical kit with first rate customer service. I have made several purchases with them and found that their customer service is first rate.
