I often attempt home DIY jobs and I'm forever thankful for Tallai Home Timber & Hardware and the guidance they give so I can finish the job and not get yelled at by my wife. Needed a pen, could have bought a pen, was totally willing to buy one or a pack whatever, without prompting the guy behind the counter just gave me a product promotion pen with a quick elevator pitch on what the product was (knowing full well I didn't need it and it was an under 7 second pitch and I kinda asked about it).

This is what makes great customer experience, not free stuff but just helping out when you can and by just being a good human. Thank you!

This is a great little hardware store. It has so much in it for a store of it's size. I've saved a zillion dollars in petrol shopping here instead of going all the way to Bunnings.
One thing I would love to see improved on though is the back of the store where there are some dilapidated plants. That's a disappointment.
