Your typical Target located not too far from BigW on the same level. Lots of sales at the moment. Staff were friendly and helpful. I have a suggestion though! When I bought a sport pants, I self-paid it and I did not notice the tagged clip. Luckily when I exited the store the exit area made a loud noise and the girl at the exit took the tag off. I suggest that the self-pay machine be designed to tell the customer that there is a tag that needs to be taken off. I am sure this is a minor enhancement to the software that runs those machines. I could have only found out about the tag when I got home and a trip back to the store would have been required!

I had placed a order for a dress that was cancelled from Burwood store without contacting me also no one picks up the calls in this store. I did also speak to a manager he said he will call me back he never did.

And I had to locate the dress myself I spoke to Brendon the manager from the macarthur target store and he took his time to assist me located the dress , This was exceptional customer service and he even went out of his way to mail the dress to my home address I wish other target stores had staff like Brendon.

I really hope he is acknowledged for his customer service and patients and going above his usual role.

Rudest retail staff I have ever come across. Don’t even try asking questions about products you wish to know about, 99% of staff are juvenile and clueless. Simon the so called ‘manager’ is the rudest person we have ever come across. Whoever trained this person to be in charge taught them to be rude to customers and should therefore implement a completely new training system. Horrified and disgusted.

The entry/exit worker (an older woman).. could see I’m heavily pregnant and struggling to get around.
I accidentally dropped something as I came in, and instead of being nice and offering to help me - she asked me to pick it up.
i picked it up and put it in the bin.
She then said “I could have done that for you”… it was very odd if I’m honest.
Felt like she was having me on?
Her weirdness left a bad taste in mouth. I don’t think the front staff know how to be decent humans. Shame.

I was looking for a nice shirt for my dad and I had been to so many shops and couldn't find anything. When I went to target I went into men's wear and asked the most amazing, genuine and helpful worker Zane. He helped me so much and is honestly the best person there. He knew where everything was and didn't complain once with all the questions I asked him. I give this 5 star review to him and him only. What a nice young man!

I came into target today with my boyfriend and had a casual conversation with one of the young workers, Brandon. he was very kind, helpful and personable. A manager nearby named Jess, had tried to antagonise Brandon and reprimand him for only helping and conversing with us— two customers!! she didn’t greet us at all and immediately assumed Brandon was slacking off. We felt incredibly sad for the young worker. If this is the working conditions at this store then it is not acceptable. Target Macarthur needs to do better and the standard of working ethics have been thrown into the trash. Do better Jess and Do better Target. Why employ such rude and disrespectful managers expected to be around these young people. So disappointed and disgusted.
