Absolutely hopeless. Literally had to chase the courier who was at the pub for at least an hour(tracked him via Redaro) playing the pokies having a smoke. Politely told me that he was on his (extended)lunch break and he would cancel my delivery. Well he is very lucky I didn't go after his job. Tell your big box stores in the Maitland/Thornton/Beresfield area to not use these clowns. Only get one star due to eventually delivering our TV from the Good Guys East Maitland.

Had a card in mailbox saying SORRY WE MISSED YOU!!! Didn’t even bother to call apartment which is linked to mobile phones had we not been in. Only people you can actually talk to are the couriers who say to contact Team Global who never answer just a chat bot. Now important documents will get returned to the U.K. Absolutely appalling service

1000% would not recommend. i had one of my friends waiting at home to collect my delivery as i was at work and had already missed the first attempt, couldn’t go to the collection point as the closets news agency closed down. my friend was at home, got an email saying that they had ‘attempted the delivery, address wasn’t accessible. we were unable to leave a sorry we missed you card’ but when i called my friend, she said no one had come up the street or near the house. i have been on the phone on hold to them for more than an hour. tired every phone number that was on the website, no one has answered. i just want my parcel!!!!!!

Worst postal company ever. Was meant to receive my parcel 10 days ago which was a present. No reply to email 5 days ago. The team chat people are useless and you cannot get through to talk to anyone on the phone. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Do not recommend what a hopeless company.

Extremely unreliable company, poor customer service, terrible communication, Unsure how it takes 26 days to get from Sydney to Beresfield, but package has now sat at Beresfield for 10 days, and it is 25 minutes from delivery address, but unable to pickup package, as they can’t find it.

Lucky I found another courier to do the same job 20 days ago or my broken machine parts would have cost me thousands more.

Wasn’t home when item arrived, card left advising instructions. Message arrived 24 hours later as per instructions letting me know where to collect item. Smooth as.

Waiting on a parcel that is almost a month late , no tracking updates, long long waiting times to speak to anyone and they cant tell me where my parcel is. Another parcel they actually delivered was ripped open and thrown on the grass out the front of my property. Useless .
