After a woful experience online I was completely over Telstra and prepared to move my 5 services to another provided.

I made an appointment and glad I did.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Keven who is the most super chilled and helpful person you could imagine. Not only did he look after me but also his team and every customer that walked in the door with a relaxed and informed style.

I have a new faith in Telstra but please don’t lose this staff member or you may lose my business.

Highly recommend Kevin to assist.

We had a 2pm appointment with the Claremont store and were served by Aakash right on time. We bought 2 new phones and he spent over 90 minutes patiently setting everything up for us, transferring data etc from the old phones. We will definitely go back to him for anything further and thoroughly recommend Aakash to anyone.

I was a little worried before coming in today because I had read the reviews of this store and they weren’t great but now I don’t know why the reviews are bad because I had a great experience today. Maybe the store took on the feedback and made some improvements? Anyway, good on them if they have.
I made a 3pm appointment, walked into the store and I didn’t have to wait. They sat me down straight away and organised my Telstra plan for me. The lady that helped was very nice and very informative. No rude behaviour at all and she didn’t rush me either.
If you were a walk in customer, it might be a bit hard to get some help because all the staff there today were busy trying to help clients but that’s something we all have to deal with this day and age because it is hard to find people who want to work.
Overall, had a great experience here. If you need to get help with a plan or stuff to do with your account though, I would recommend booking an appointment online.

I went to Telstra due to an issue with my data consumption. Kevin assisted me, very poorly predisposed, and he wasn't even able to check in the system what was happening. He just told me to send a message through the app. 120 gigabytes in less than a month, when in previous months I used 50/60 at most, and he wasn't capable of providing assistance or making a complaint through the system or checking in the system? Terrible service, what are they there for?
