Just like to give a special thanks to both Grace and James for the great service we received recently. Sorry but forgot to mention another team member ( can’t recall her name though) who helped me yesterday Monday 3/2/25 who was also great in helping me in regard to a credit.

Pleasantly surprised today by the level of service given by the staff at Telstra Helensvale. Cameron was very professional in his meet and greet and determination of my requirements, he then explained the booking system, made an appointment time, followed up and greeted me back at the store. He introduced me to Mois (sorry, not sure of the spelling) who was very helpful re the options available to me and we made some changes to my plan.
I have been critical in the past re levels of service and assistance given by Telstra and feel it only fair that these guys should be recognised for their efforts in delivering an excellent standard of customer service.
Well done guys.

Dislike this store staff are rude and my phone was taken from my work phone was on plan and try to go cancel for my phone or stop it and was told nothing can be done load of bullshit. And no one said what I can do to replace it or added cost for new phone

Appalling customer service the guy at the front Joel not interested in helping customers, instead making excuses for not being able to even pay a bill!!! Whilst the store is empty and one of the “customer service” girls are staking boxes… no wonder you have the abuse will not be tolerated signs! Obviously a franchised store…

I had such a excellent experience with a person from this store, named Kane. So much so that, I went out of my way, googled the store etc. to write a review about his service. Not only did he sort everything that I came in for and more, he was the most genuinely nice sales person that I have come across in a long time. Was extremely patient, answered all questions, helped simplify everything AND made you feel like he was actually 'happy to help' which is few and far between these days. Highly recommend.

Avoid this Telstra store! Staff are very rude, only polite and willing to help customers if signing up for a new plan. If you have any problems, completely different attitude, unwilling to help, and rude. I heard one male (possibly the manager) and two females gossiping about customers, making fun of them. I have now changed to Optus due to the service received in this store.

Went into the Telstra shop yesterday to buy a new iPhone and was so happy with the service that I received from grace . So helpful and she had a great smile and was so welling to help top service 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍👍
