Had a fantastic customer service experience at this store on the 26/11/24. Having encountered how busy this store can get, and the sometimes negative ratings some give Telstra, I was so glad to have dealt with a young customer service girl called Vivienne. After failed attempts to rectify my problems over the helpline number, I bite the bullet and went into the Mirrabooka outlet. Expecting the same brushoffs when on the phone, I was pleasantly surprised to have Vivienne attend to my Billing, password and App problems with a friendly, refreshing, engaging, convivial & totally professional manner that can be often lacking in sales these days. Eventually left with all my problems all sorted and totally happy with every aspect of this girl's attitude and approach to giving quality service & advice. Probably the best I have received in a long time as I've been a retail manager myself in another life! To the Testra management... Please do not let Vivienne go as she's a brilliant asset to your company and this praise needs to be rewarded. I would definitely recommend her to any other Telstra customers if you are in need of tech help, but so choose your visiting times wisely as on busier days you would have to wait longer obviously. Top shelf service from this particular consultant anyway. She's a gem and would hire her in an instant if i was a manager! Thank you. 👍

Imagine going to hospital with a broken toe and leaving with a broken back in a wheelchair. This is what it felt like with this terribly run shop who don’t want to have an inch of accountability.
Attended this store to discuss a email issue. Was informed the store wouldn't be able to assist and to contact a number/department they provided. Arrived home to contact this number to realise the number they had provided me to contact was infact a scam. After trusting Telstra to help you they did everything but that... Personal information was provided to this scam which really compromised the security and integrity of my household and identify. After contacting Telstra again they confirmed this was a scam, the real Telstra number was Infact blocked. The scammers provided fake Telstra IDs. The real Telstra informed me many alerts had gone to employees about this scam (obviously which had been “overlooked”)
Returned to Telstra Mirrabooka to discuss, however store manager extremely defensive could see no wrong and when I challenged him he was disinterested and unhelpful and wanted to push his own agenda. (He could not run a bath let alone store)
Given the seriousness, I have had to refer this to police as there is no way to determine that the Telstra shop Mirrabooka maybe involved in the scam (you would hope not) but due diligence has to be conducted to protect the wider community. Manager did not like this.

yesterday morning i went to this shop to complaint about the modem 3 which i bought from them.The staff at front door asked the matters then he said i ring to telstra nbn faulty to solve it.i said i bought from here so they had to solve it,i said to them this shop had only for sale service not service after sale then he booked me me the time to see sale staff in 2 hour.After 2 hour waiting to meet saleman he said to me ring to telstra nbn faulty that is it.Bastard people, they had treated customer by cheating like that. beware these gangters

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!
We purchased a pixel watch 2 outright at approx 12pm today. after doing some shopping and going to a different shopping centre we came home to the find the device faulty out the box. we returned to the store approx 3 hours after purchase to be told we werent entitled to a refund or exchange and that we would have to do a warranty claim. after stating to them that my right as a customer i was entitled to a refund under the ACCC. He wouldnt accept that as continued to tell us we would have to do a warranty claim. at this point approx 20mins of being in store and argueing my voice was raised as you can imagine the fustration. I DIDNT SWEAR NOR THREATEN THE STAFF. As they werent being helpful we were exiting the store the staff member THREATENED to call security on me. we exited the store and walked away. We then went to Morley telstra store where the helpful staff instore organised my refund/replacement immediately and stated "HE DOESNT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THAT STORE BUT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR EXHANGE" All has been sorted now in a different store however STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE at all cost. theres plenty of telstra stores around the area avoid the Mirrabooka one.

No customer service skills at all. The two workers didn't even look at us when we got in the shop. Nobody else was there and they weren't busy at all, so it's pretty unacceptable. Also they asked us to come back tomorrow as they were closing. Basically kicked out 15 minutes before closing time. Maybe let people with skills needing a job work and stay at home if a customer is such a pain.
