Well, I was more than disappointed. I jumped into bed to find multiple hairs in the bed. The towels were stale and smelt. The Ben linen smelt like an old linen closet. There was barely any body wash in the bottle. No sugar in the sugar container. And let me mention to you the amount of DUST ! Oh and it gets better, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything of next door! When speaking with the property the day after, they thought it was best of them to knock on my door at 9pm to offer me fresh sheets and towels! Meanwhile I had to put noise cancelling earphones on so I could get some sleep (on the couch). Why not just make sure the property is clean before a guest. All the plants are dead in the room which indicated to me that the room is locked up and is not maintained.

We loved our time here
The room is large light and airy.
Beautiful views over the valley fantastic at night when the skies are clear for star gazing
As there is no information brochure here are a couple of things to do
The Cave walk at binna burra is a lovely walk with great views over the forest canopy.
On Thursday evenings the Flying Bean cafe does delicious Thai food,and views to die for.
We also ate well at Beechmont Estate
Our stay would have been even better with:

A welcome or briefing from the host.
We were confused over the breakfast arrangements and our washing up and food waste was not removed during our two night stay.
Food provided was good but are you self catering or B and B

Would definitely return to 10 Acres it’s beautiful

What a wonderful experience. I wanted a night away for my birthday with my fiance that made me feel like I was in the middle of nowhere, and Then Acres did not disappoint.
From the lovely welcoming hosts, to the gorgeous modern room, rolling hills and stunning views, complimentary WiFi and mini bar.... I loved every minute of our stay!

It exceeded my expectations!
