Dropped into our favourite butcher on our way through Corrigin to get some Pork Belly to cook in the camp oven, the butcher trimmed a whole side and bought out to let us choose how much we wanted. The cut of pork looked beautiful so we bought the whole cut. No problem to divide in three and cryovac for us. Great service from a lovely traditional buther and his wife.

Discovered the Butchers Block while stopping in town during recent road trip. Picked up some steaks & bacon which the butcher advised was made in store from local Pork. Well, it was delicious! Some of the nicest bacon I've had. Return trip home included another stop for more bacon to take home and their Australia Day special "Vegemite sausages". Recommend a drop in if local or traveling through.
