Called in to try new shop. Purchased 2 T bone steaks. Weather not the best for BBQ so in the fry pan they went, not how I normally like steak. . We like our steak medium rare. Meat was so tender with minimal fat on edge & no gristle . Back tomorrow for weekly shop.
Good to have butcher with great meat back in Panania. Please keep up the quality. 👍

The service I got from Nigel and team was amazing. I hired 2 spits and we had a pig and a lamb. All the equipment was delivered ahead of time, even BBQ tools and a bench for carving, and picked up on a following day! Nigel came and set everything up well before my party, including starting the charcoal burning. My photo shows spits all ready to go, just add fire, meat and people!

I was given very good instructions and tips for getting the best result.

The theatre of the spits really made the party, and kept everyone warm as well - great for a winter evening. My guests all said the food was amazing, and we are enjoying leftovers 🙂

Aside from party catering, all the produce in the shop is high quality and I can always get good cooking advice as well.

I couldn't recommend The Butcher's Pantry highly enough

I dropped in yesterday and asked what was the best piece of pork to put into the slow cooker for for pulled pork. I was given a piece of pork, I put it into the slow cooker for roughly 8 hours on low….the result is the most tender, moist pulled pork I’ve ever had!!
Thank you The Butchers Pantry not only for the brilliant piece of pork, but the advice and friendly service too!

I went in this afternoon 20 minutes before closing and the gentleman who served me was more than happy to cut me some more scotch fillet. The meat here is always super fresh and the staff are always very polite. We moved to the area in March and this is our new local butcher!
