I am always a bit cautious when buying stuff online, however I read good reviews about The Cafe Dist and I am more than happy to add a 5 star review myself. I ordered on Friday afternoon and got my delivery today so just 3 business days for $22 delivery and couldn't be anymore happier. I did get the wrong info about TOLL however I did call TCD call centre and got on to someone fairly fast and they confirmed my delivery had been picked up. The confusion was the new name for TOLL which is Team Global Express, anyway I got onto the right website to put in my shipment number and could see everything. I am also happy with Team Global Express too. So all good and I definitely recommend The Cafe Dist I think the price is good and the my syrups are perfect and were carefully packaged. No complaints from me and I can be difficult, however, I will be ordering again and happy to put this review up. Thank you The Cafe Distributors and TGE.

Amazing customer service!

There was an issue with stock availability in my order and Jake resolved this for me as fast as possible. He provided a variety of possible solutions and was realistic and honest about each of them. He worked with me to find the best solution for my situation.

You can tell he genuinely cares about providing the best customer service, I would definitely recommend buying from The Cafe Distributors!

Freight is very expensive, items such as containers should state in the title that they do not come with lids. I have had to reorder lids because i received 100 500ml containers with no lids which are useless without them.

Just wanted to pass on our thanks for the amazingly quick turnaround on our coffee bean order this morning.

We placed the order at 9:15am. Within 30 minutes we had it delivered to our door.
