We have bought Mississippi cheesecake for breakfast today, and we believe it’s one of the best we’ve ever had. We’re very happy with the cakes from this shop since the ones we’ve tried are so fresh and not overly sweet; they’re just perfect!

I preordered a citrus cheesecake for my birthday this week. The shop had no service staff, the staff member who went to get my cake took so long and fluffed around it was like they literally made it and slapped it in the box.. or old.

Come to eating and not only have they reduced in size significantly but they taste horrible. Over powering citrus and the cheesecake tastes like sugary whipped cream not... Cheesecake!
Very disappointed for the price range which is higher than national prices online.
Another customer lost sadly.

Pink haired worker that served me was amazing! Would come back to this shop just because of them.

There was a very loud alarm going off (apparently an uber eats order notification) which made it hard to communicate with server. Management should have two workers covering front so this can be handled while the server is busy with customers. Props to server for dealing with this fabulously.

Okay, loved the cheesecake. Service was absolutely lovely this morning, though would be great if the actual opening times reflected on what is on the website as we did go there last night, They advertise an 8 pm closing time but was in fact 7 pm so I had to go back this morning. All in all, great cheesecake, great service, would recommend this:)

Cake looks amazing, there wasn’t the option to purchase the personalised plaque for my husbands 50th birthday cause they are low in stock due to a chocolate shortage in Vietnam and the plaques are reserved for party cakes. I have always purchased birthday and Christmas cakes from here in the past though will definitely think twice about returning for future birthday cakes.

Wanted to treat myself to a chocolate black forest torte for my 50th birthday, they had a pink one on display with plenty of shaved chocolate in the middle. Was shocked to see they are now $50! I was given one from out the back and much later opened lid to discover it had no shaved chocolate on top. Rang to complain and was told the one on display is wrong. The cake was certainly not a chocolate torte. I was given the most disgusting strawberry jam filled vanilla cake I have ever tasted. I will never set foot inside another Cheesecake Shop for the rest of my life. I can make far better tasting cakes using packet mixes from Coles. I am very disappointed, and the cake ruined the one part of the day I had really looked forward to.

Bought a Belgian double cheesecake for my sister’s birthday on 2/8/24. I didn’t realise there are different sorts. The tone from the male employee or possibly the manager was quite rude - “Yeah which one”. Ah sorry I didn’t realise there are different ones. “Yeah which one”.

I’m guessing this abhorrent male woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. I won’t set foot on this store ever again. There are way better cake shops in Cairns. I do not recommend this store.

I was served by two lovely young ladies by the names of Bridie and Ella. So polite, welcoming and efficient, they had my order ready to go within a few minutes. Excellent customer service skills as they helped me out to my car when my hands were full. Will definitely recommend to a friend!
