I recently bought the key lime pie from The Cookie Barrel for our whole office, and I can honestly say it was nothing short of perfection!
The crust was the perfect balance of buttery and crisp, while the filling was smooth, creamy, and bursting with fresh lime flavour. It wasn't overly tart or too sweet—just the right amount of tang that made it so refreshing. The staff were super friendly as well! We will definitely be returning.

My bride, who lived in the US for 25 years, had acquired a taste for key lime pie while leaving there. However, after returning to Australia, she has found it difficult to locally source key lime pie. So I started a quest for Mother's Day. I began a search online and, once again, was disappointed in local Rockingham sources. I expanded my search and was pleasantly surprised to find The Cookie Barrel in Palmyra, just 35 minutes away. Their website accommodated both wholesale and retail delivery. As a retai customer, they offer free delivery on orders over $50. Also, their orders generally turn around in two business days. Unfortunately, I had left my order too late to be processed in time for free delivery during a normal Monday through Friday business week. So I elected "factory pickup" for my order to ensure I would have my order in time for Mother's Day. The Cookie Barrel factory is located in a multi-unit commercial building on Salisbury just off Stock Road. Be sure to look for the street signage for the entire property, "6 Salisbury". The Cookie Barrel is in Unit 5. So turn right just as you see the building signage. Follow the narrow alley the full length of the building and around the corner to the opposite side of the building. The Cookie Barrel signage is easy to spot. There is plenty of parking but can be competitive at peak times. Access to the entrance is quite easy. Staff is very attentive, personable, and service oriented. My order was well presented in a protective box, which travelled well home. I was very pleased from beginning to end, and I am certain we will be back once my bride gets her first taste.

Seriously impressed with the team at Cookie Barrel!! Their service is first class, extremely friendly and always happy to get you what you need as soon as possible! Their products are amazing, usual order of cookies, muffins and banana bread, all fly off our shelves with absolute delighted customers! Highly recommend !

I wish we had switched to The Cookie Barrel as a supplier sooner!! The food is wholesome, decadent and generous portion sizes for the prices. FREE DELIVERY and their range allowed us replace every savoury and sweet product in store (they have a massive menu of regular favourites and specialist i.e. keto, gluten free items). We initially trialed them to fill a portion of our menu but our other suppliers have quality and delivery issues, so we have turned to these guys have been our mainstay. No issues and great to deal with.
