I contacted The cosmetic box company late last year. They were very helpful in getting quotes to me fast but it all went downhill from there. I was told turnaround to our door was 14 days for our first order it took a couple of months to arrive after constantly having to chase them up. I was then promised it wouldn't take that long the next time so I made a few more orders within a few days of each other. I received samples and went ahead with the order to now be stuck in the same spot as the first order. I have not yet received the remaining of my orders and have mentioned to them multiple times im on a strict deadline. These items were promised to arrive to me 3 weeks ago.

They are not responding to my emails and I still haven't received any goods or tracking details they said they had. The gentleman I speak with isn't contactable via phone and only emails back (if he ever does) in the middle of the night.

I have now had to change manufacturer and am out tens of thousands of dollars because the cosmetic boxes company haven't delivered the products I have paid for in full.

Terrible experience. I contacted The Cosmetic Boxes company back in April, they were fast to reply to emails and getting back to me with design ideas but as soon as I paid for my order it all went downhill, I did not receive my order in the timeframe I was given, I had to email them to find out what was happening and was given an unapologetic excuse and told I would have to wait yet another 10 - 12 business days, after waiting 6 weeks since payment was made and still not receiving my order I lodged the case with PayPal and got my money back.
