I did a baby shower and ordered 36 pink cupcakes with mixed decorations. Whole process was easy and the delivery was punctual and they notified you in the morning that they had begun the run with their own driver and not a third-party. The cupcakes themselves were gorgeous, and delicious. They were the centrepiece on the day and I cannot recommend this company enough. I will be absolutely using them again.

This was the PERFECT drip cake! We ordered it for a 90s theme party and they totally nailed the brief, our guests loved it and so did we! We were 100% amazed when we opened up the box on the day!
All of the ordering and discussion was done via email and the staff were super friendly and efficient. It was delivered the morning of the party without issue.
The cake itself was vanilla and absolutely delicious! We ordered the cake size for 30 people (even though we had a party of about 50) and there was plenty for everyone. Would recommend The Cupcake Factory to anyone, so so impressed! Thanks so much guys <3

One of the best services I’ve experienced. Vanessa and her team made me a cake in a day and personalised exactly how I wanted it. When cake was delivered, one of the icing pictures fell during delivery and due to humidity, Vanessa delivered a new one the next day she was generous enough to sent another icing figure for free and personalised fondant names for my boys 🩷 not only was the service impeccable but the taste and presentation of the cake was absolutely amazing x thank you Vanessa and team, will be ordering again very soon xxx

So happy with our cakes, thank you!
I ordered some cupcake minis and a number birthday cake (young, wild and three theme..) and it all looked so beautiful and tasted great too!
Very accommodating they did 12 of the minis in gluten free, and it was their suggestion to pop a couple of animals on the number cake to tie it all together.
Our guests were so impressed with not only how it looked but how it tasted also. Thank you for a wonderful experience I hope you get some extra business as everyone asked where it was from, and I’ll be placing another order next year. Thank you 😊

My son’s birthday is in December and I make sure he gets cupcakes to celebrate with his friends at his daycare.
This was my second order in a row.
Cupcakes are very cute and so fresh and delicious.
It’s very easy to place an order online.
I have already placed an order for Paw Patrol Maxi cake for my son.
