I am just thrilled with my new cushions for the outdoor setting. I admit that I was anxious about measuring and ordering online, but the website made it easy and the result exceeded my expectations. Delivery encountered some obstacles outside The Cushion Company’s control, but they communicated with me at every stage and their service was excellent. When they arrived I was amazed at such a small parcel, but Pouf! Fifteen cushions sprang into shape and look fantastic in their new home. The furniture looks new again and already I can tell that they are going to withstand the weather and serve us well for a long time.

I am thrilled with my new, revamped chair cushions. The workmanship is second to none, the pattern matching is spot on and the addition of the bolster cushions added that pop of colour. My balcony has had a complete makeover.
Delivery was faster than expected and the vacuum packaging was super secure. A great company to deal with and a perfect result across the board. Thank you!

So happy with our covers. After being quoted $2300 for this to be done by another company I am pleased to say we are glad we chose The Cushion Company. Love the silver grey and glad we went with the piping too. The square cushions are our own.

I had the best experience with The Cushion Company. I made a mistake with my order and straight away I was in contact with a real person and they were able to provide a solution to my issue (my mistake on ordering). They were friendly and so helpful and even though I spoke with several different people the care was seamless. My delivery arrived exactly on time and all other communication was fast and friendly. The quality of the product and delivery was excellent. I’m so happy with my day bed cushion. I can’t recommend highly enough.

We are so thrilled with our 2 very large bench seat cushions from The Cushion Company. Right from the start the customer service team were prompt and extremely helpful. I had a number of queries and had to change the position of the ties so that they worked with our furniture. The customer service team sent me pictures of how to exactly measure the ties and the cushions. They also sent me free samples of fabric so I could match it to our decor. The cushions arrived earlier than we expected and the instructions of how to unpack and care for them were very valuable because they arrive vacuum packed. I chose The Cushion Company because of their great price, outstanding customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our cushions. We would highly recommend The Cushion Company.

After searching locally for ready made outdoor cushions I decided to go custom made, and am so glad I did. The covers are good quality and a perfect fit, and a much more attractive color than the old weather beaten covers I had. They got two thumbs up from the dog for comfort level too!
