Highly recommended. My Saeshin Forte handpiece jammed up and was operating very rough. I posted it to The Drill Guys and they had it fixed up no problem. New bearings, new handpiece cord, cleaned of contamination. It's now working better than it did new! Smooth as butter and whisper quiet. 5/5

My k38 file stopped working on me mid service and so I called the drill guys to organise a new unit. Silly me didn’t have a back up efile so I needed it asap as I was working the day after and they were absolutely amazing in helping me out. They processed the order so quickly and got it to the post office asap with express and it arrived in sydney the next morning. Absolute life savers!!! I really appreciate their promptness and willingness to prioritise getting it on its way to me so quickly. 10/10 customer service!

I called Tanya yesterday afternoon (22/07) to place an order. I told her that I am needing it asap as my other one broke. To my surprise, my drill arrived in Syd for me to use this morning!! Absolutely great service and loved how Tanya organised everything for me. Above and beyond service! She was also very informative and I asked quite a few questions. Thank you so much!
