Incredibly slow and unresponsive so decided to use another supplier for my business.

Took 17 days to hear back about a quote request.
Another 7 days I had to send a reminder for the quote.
After quoting wanted to proceed but never responded to my email...sent 23 days ago.

I received the labels I ordered very quickly and they're perfect - the colours and print are beautiful and the price was unbeatable!

I have been using The Environmental Printing Company for the last two years to print greeting cards. I'm so happy with the quality of their prints especially the colour and feel of the finished product. I originally went with them because I think is inspiring and socially responsible to go with a company who is more environmental conscious especially when you learn about more industrial printing processes. Using vegetables ink has not at all diminished my designs and I'm really pleased with how the colour translates from digital to printed paper. The staff are always helpful, efficient and considerate which has been great as I didn't know much about printing specifications, sizing and paper stock when I started my small business. Thanks for making me really beautiful products that my customers are super happy with.

I ordered printing from Environmental Printing Company. The order never arrived in the post. The manager could not show tracking data of the order. After many emails the best they could offer was to reprint at a discount. Very unhappy with the poor customer service. I won't use Environmental Printing Company in the future.
