I was working with this company and specifically Natasha on an aluminium window hood. They gave me quotes and I asked them to fabricate it and no one responded. I had to follow up on Natasha about 8 times for the quotes and for them to execute the work and finally they just emailed and said they wouldn't do it because they were too busy. Why quote for work you refuse to do? The start was promising but ultimately their communication and execution just didn't happen. Unreliable if you want to know your job will actually get done

Note that a couple of months ago I was advised your lead time was 2 weeks by Natasha. That made me relax about you not responding right away when I asked you to do my job. Now when I'm following up after no response, Natasha emailed saying you could not do my job with no further info. I had to call her up about what the current lead time is to find out you were busy until the new year. Even after advising you were busy until the new year, Natasha made no effort to book me in for the new year and it felt like she was simply trying to dismiss the job which I guess she succeeded in.

My experience with the fabrication company was amazing, from my first initial quote to the end of installation. My new driveway gate looks great. The quality of their work is outstanding, Dan and his crew have done an exceptionally great job and I would be highly recommended the fabrication company to anyone.

I can highly recommend Dan. I can only praise the quality of work done on our internal glass balustrade, from the design to the installation. We contacted Dan for a quote and his passion for glass was obvious. He suggested a couple of ideas that would make the stair case outstanding and it certainly is. The workmanship is of very high quality, the price was great, the time to do the work was brilliant and the quality of work is superior. Highly recommend using Dan form the Fabrication Company.

I'm a Disabled Navy Veteran Diver with PTSD and Spinal injuries sustained during operational exercises and ahave been self funding a Veterans With PTSD Suicide Prevention boat restoration project. I needed some CNC work done by this company so my mate dropped of the job off with the required cuts. They told him it should be around $400 and would be ready on the coming Friday. Friday came no calls. Job not done. Told him it would be another week. I called on the Wednesday and explained to the nice reception lady what I'm trying to accomplish and if they could consider helping out. Four more calls Left more messages...no response! Finally got hold of the wife (co owner with husband ) I asked if they would consider a discount or a a donation for Veterans with PTSD. She was very curt and said "NO" were just a small business and the job was $600 plus GST. What di want to do? I said, I thought the job was finished today! No! You have to pay upfront! What do want to do? (All done with a very unfriendly tone) At that stage I started to have an anxiety attack and went silent and tried to suppress my frustration and anger at this very rude woman. She then continued... Well what do you want to do?! I managed to control my self to just say, No thanks, I'll get my mate to pick up the hatch and other items on Monday morning. FINE! She said, or something similar. Call ended!
So in conclusion, The Fabrication Company has zero customer service, a complete lack of respect of all service personel and NO empathy towards Veterans suffering from PTSD or othet injuries sustained during service in protecting all Australians!

Exceptional sums up my total experience with this company.
The day I requested the job my quote was done. That quote did not suit me so I asked for an alternative option which was speedily supplied. I was promised the job completion by the end of the following week and it was done before that. A great job, really nice people and a really easy process to obtaining my goal.
